Baptism Service
“Go there into the whole world and baptize them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them everything I have commanded you and I will be with you always even until the close of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
Baptism held every 1st Sunday of the month following the Noon worship service! If you would like to be baptized, please call the deacons office at 216-732-8204 ext. 15.
There are two forms of Baptism: immersion & sprinklingAt Imani Church, we practice immersion, which depicts more clearly the symbolic aspect of baptism with its three steps:1). Immersion (going into the water)• Parallels entering into the death of Christ2). Submersion (going under the water)• experiencing the forgiveness of sins3). Emersion (coming out of the water)• rising to walk in the newness of Christ’s resurrected lifeCovenant Benefits for Our Members

1) Their Time - Imani members give of their time for spiritual growth and development.2) Their Service - Imani members know the importance of utilizing their gifts to provide for the needs of the church and community. Every member has something to offer because God has gifted every member of the Body of Christ!
3) Their Tithes & Offerings - Imani members support the ministry needs of the church and the needs of the temple through their faithful financial support. They understand that their faithful giving is an investment in the kingdom of God and will result in a great
harvest!
4) Their Commitment - Imani members understand just how important they are in the overall ministry and mission of the church. Our members attend worship services consistently, pray continuously, serve diligently, give faithfully, and support the vision of Imani
Church.
